I was just recently in Amsterdam (a month ago) and passed by the construction site. I’m not an expert when It comes to that topic, but only pieces of the facade are left and unsure if this all can be properly rebuild and turned into an ultra-luxury hotel within 18 months. I would rather estimate this to be mid or even end 2024 at the earliest.
