Thank you for the response I don't mean to cause any friction, my data came from Flightradar24 and appears to have different times compared to FlightAware. Flightradar claims these are take off times is it possible that Flightaware are the push back times?

On last nights flight the departure time is 17:10 but when I checked the Terminal 5 website it had crossed out 17:10 and changed it to 18:50 and said it was on time. The flight actually took off at 20:30 according to Flightradar and departed at 20:05 according to FlightAware (2 hours and 55 minutes late). The aircraft had arrived at LHR from San Francisco and had arrived 2 hours 5 late. The turn around according to FlightAware was 4 hours, if everything was running to schedule the turn around time allocated for this flight was 3 hours and 15 mins so there was another 45 mins delayed added to the aircraft's flight schedule. I my thoughts are that the timetable isn't achievable at the moment as the delays are too frequent and too long to be discribed as occasional and understandable.
