I have a tristar tom bihn which I love but I am getting a bit older and thinking the time is coming where its going to be too heavy but I am not ready to give it up just yet. Partner has an older ozone osprey that is getting ready to need to be replaced.

I am considering a few bag for him right now and I could get a new osprey but thinking the look is a bit dated so to speak. Considering a Monos Carry on (regular or pro version). Not sure if the small tech pocket is worth the extra money and I worry it will take up valuable room in the main suitcase, especially when the iPad and tech usually go into the personal item bag. I have always thought the spinners were not the best idea but I have seen a number of things were people say they are great.

Any thoughts on Monos or other suggestions?
