Agreed. [This is becoming a habit. ]

QofS should not expect a huge or very timely out of court settlement. 1 to 2 years is common enough. A smart (former) employer will slow go any legal process as much as possible and they realize most out-of-work/terminated employees at the lower end of the pay-scales probably cannot afford a good offence... and can afford it even less as time passes and they are unemployed.

An amount equal to 20 to 400 billable lawyer hours is about all that can be reasonably expected -- that too in a form of a settlement. The stronger Delta's case, the more likely you get to the 20x level; the stronger your case, the closer you get to the 400x level. And this is before your legal costs.
