PB - to quote Empress, after the
'gnaget dude' posted his question I decided to test out the theory.
On disembarking from a transborder flight at YYZ T2 I made my way directly to the MLL. On reaching the door to the lounge I realized what heavy doo doo I could be getting myself into (see rollerblader1a post above) and turned around and made my way back to the Canadian immigration hall.
Thus, there is
no physical restriction - it can be done - but as rollerblader1a posted below it could get you into some heavy duty trouble.
