Economy Comfort is a seat at the front of the economy cabin with a bit of extra recline and leg room (an economy seat you can get for an extra fee - or free with status - during seat selection).
It is not a premium economy seat (a separate cabin class), which you seem to be looking for as per the screenshot. KLM are currently in the process of introducing that for NA flights.
