Stayed here for 3 nights and checked out last Tuesday, which I wrote about here. Staff (both concierge and housekeeping) is excellent. Not sure about breakfast, but you should probably be offered a 20 pound Raid the Bar credit at the The Refuge (which is quite nice) as diamond. I got offered 10 as a plat elite.

Housekeeping is generally great, but there can be some minute unevenness (spots on less noticed bits of the floor, curtain), which I noticed in both my rooms and when I was brought around to see some other rooms (paid to upgrade). Probably only major complaint is that the old-ness of the buildings means there's very little noise buffering from what happens outside the building or your door, but the walls are built well enough you can't hear what goes on in the next room.
