I took 292/293 to/from from IAD last month. 2 hour delay on the outbound from IAD, 2 hour delay on the return. Lost an entire day in London due to misconnect. To boot, still no TP's/Avios. BA is totally overwhelmed with the simplest details. bonus : EU 261 paid pretty quickly.
