Totally agree with this. With CE I find crew attitude can vary from 'very stressed' to 'very relaxed' (on the same routes) and some will proactively ask you if you want a topup, whereas other crews will wait to be asked. Most Brits don't like to disturb, so won't ask, so won't get a topup, then complain here they weren't asked!
One thing I've learned from American flyers is they don't hesitate to ask.
