Stayed at Spruce Peak last year on an eligible cash rate. Posted with 0 nights and 0 points. Followed up a few times but as far as I know, they didn't bother responding nor did they credit the points.

Won't be back - and I'd say just book through a non hyatt channel if you must stay there.
