Expertflyer is showing a delay code of "ZY" but I can't find what the actual reason behind that is.

I found this post: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/27135203-post17.html which listed the reasoning for a number of other Z codes (specific to BA) but not sure if someone else knows what ZY might mean.
