I think I've already given you the reasons in my earlier post, so I won't repeat them, but it's more to do with the A380 - there are other threads in the forum which give you the details behind that. It's not to do with the afternoon, but it's not unusual for flights to run late at the moment, 30 minutes of delay is pretty common. Today about a dozen flights are over an hour late, some are A380s, some are short hauls.
