Your local WM not following guidelines doesn't mean everyone can take advantage of the same situation.
They are specifically told that all MOs purchased in a visit must be in a single transaction and there have been internal memos* regarding the matter. You really think a CSR doesn't know what you're doing when you circumvent ID capture (KYC) by purchasing multiple sub-$1K MOs in separate transactions during the same visit? If you've really been able to do this for past 10 years without being shutdown, asked for ID anyway, or had a SAR filed, consider yourself very fortunate.
