Your experience will depend wat your unnamed Canadian airline has contracted them to supply on their behalf.
It's Transat, less than impressed with other aspects of them at this time (over 2 hours on hold to get through to an agent, because despite telling me every 30 seconds 'did you know you can book seats, bags and meals on our app', no I really couldn't, hence sitting on hold! I get the messaging at the beginning, but it starts to grate after a while, no one is sitting on hold for that long if they can do it on the app!)
