My exasperation in the baggage hall yesterday evening now seems to have been overblown - I waited only 1hr 15m for my bags from the Malaga flight. Over two hours must have been maddening. I have to say that I do feel for the baggage handlers and the customer service staff in the hall, it must be a bit of a thankless job at the moment.
