I would simply fill out the form they directed you to use and upload the Ryanair confirmation. Let them tell you that is incorrect then you can ask how it should be done.
Tried to do that yesterday, but filling out this form is onerous. I refuse to spend so much time for nothing, just because these people cannot do their jobs right.
