If you talk to the agents and get a slip (such as a marked paper BP), re-entry is possible (if still open to pass entry). Suspect that will be true for trip passes also.

Trip passes do have a higher priority for entry than one-time passes if crowding is occuring

Two weeks is common but can be less. The rumor is they go thru manual review/processing. It is best not to use travelbank if uncertain and considering a 24 hour refund.
