You are looking 15-20 maybe even 25 minutes depending on the pace of your walk. There is no train, no tram, no moving walkway until the very end at TBIT (if it is working). The walk is above ground from T7 to T6, into the T6 concourse, then tunnels from T6 to the middle of T4, then above ground from T4-TBIT.
