I thought the 2-for-1 would be useful, but I've been finding discounted biz fares for about half (or less) of what Ameniti is quoting as full fare -- Ameniti just hasn't been worthwhile. I certainly wouldn't suggest joining unless (and until) you have a particular ticket you want to buy. Even then, I'd be more tempted by AmEx platinum, which works with ~20 airlines, including Lufthansa. AmEx has the same problem, though: they only quote full fares.

Another annoyance: the route map on their website shows service throughout the world, including *A cities in Africa. Be warned: they don't offer the 2-for-1 deal to all of those cities. (Why don't they just create their own, ACCURATE map?)
