We just had a terrible experience with them. It was the second time we used them. The first time no problem everything went well. But this time, it was this weekend, we had a flat tyre and they was terrible with it. Very rude on the phone, threaten us if we leave the vehicle even if they were not capable of any assistance. A real nightmare.

It took us 23 hours to get back to London and we were 1 hour drive from London. Basically because of their process, we had to go threw them to sort it out and they were just so bad. The worst amoung the worst employes you will never haver to deal with .

Basically, it is like about your luck. If the car have no issue you should not have any problem with them, but if you don't have luck and your car have any problem you are screwed. Virtuo is not really a rental car company but more a start-up. They don't have any structure to assist you, they are not able to provide any service even if they say the opposite (they are also very good to lie) they will just put maximum pressure on you to not leave the car.

And very rude people with no compassion at all. We are a family of 4 with a 5 years old sick kid and they couldn't care less.
