phew. gatwick is tersting my patience today. checkin was ok, a queue of maybe 5 people but moving slowly bc it seems everyone checking in has an issue. my turn and i walk up and stand there waiting to see how much longer the agent will continue texting on her phone before she acknowledges me. it was awkward for me lol.

up to security and fast trak was maybe about 10 people ahead and thats where the chaos began as the belts we feed into were really backed up with secondary screenings, lots of families and elderly with wheelchairs and lots of beeping, delays to feed people thru etc etc. plus that lane has a lot of stations on the security belt so if you are in the last position it takes forever to get your bins on the belt. anyhow finally got thru but in total it took 35mins from check in to exiting security and this is only tuesday!
