I have a flight with an overnight layover in NGO - Nagoya Airport in AUGUST. By the looks of it there are no AIRSIDE hotels. Are the COVID rules flexible enough that I could enter Japan briefly to go to a connected hotel? Escorted if need be. Or will I have to slum it out in the terminal? Thanks.

Though I do see there is a Centrair hotel, but again, doesn't appear to be airside.

EDIT: I realize there are several other hotels as well.
