Could just be a misplaced dot in the base fare from $23350.00(current base fare for fare basis FRT) to $2335.00 (the "deal" base fare).
Again, I have seen at least two occasions that could be economy YQ ($260) being placed to business class (should have around $1600 YQ) in just April this year. Both honored by VS and BA though.

$23350 base fare is astronomically unaffordable, but it's still a full fare first class with little limitations. There were availability all year round from even July or August.
