As for the OPs question, do you have any status or trying to get? They all in theory are going to be the same, the main difference is if you want nights for a specific program.

Does one hotel have better upgrade options? Does one hotel breakfast have hot food and the other not (due to COVID limitations)? Do you care about waffle iron vs packaged waffles (try and see what they have from the pics)? What about parking?

Assuming everything is equal, I would probably do the Holiday Inn Express, they all are much more similar from my experience and never had a bad stay. I had a really bad Fairfield Inn in Cherry Hill which turned me off from others since.
