The existence of a past stay in your history and the crediting of nights/points are completely separate. Give it a few more days. If you called to inquire, they're probably just going to tell you to wait, so best just to wait. It's certainly not at all uncommon to have to wait more than 3 days. While I've had some stays post points within a couple of days after checkout, they are the minority in my experience.
