I'm nervous about my points crediting. I was staying with a group, and was told that I wouldn't get points because I was not paying the bill. So I worked with the hotel to make it so that my personal reservation was separated, and I paid (almost $10k) on my personal credit card, but at the group rate. I was told I would be getting points. I stayed 20 nights.
My stay is now showing up on the app and website as having been a past stay, but no points or status nights are showing up yet. It has only been 3 days. I guess I should wait to contact them until it has been 7 days? Or does the fact that it is showing up as a past stay mean it's time to intervene?
I'm in a rush because I'm staying at another Fairmont in a couple of weeks and want to use some points and of course my incipient status.
