Salad, starter & main served on tray. Dessert served later on.
Spa closed. Only the main lounge is open (no shower, food is ok but limited, bar is open)
And if not any indication when Thai might start offering a premium business class experience again? - if ever?
All things considered not a bad experience. It ain't Qatar or Etihad, but service by the staff on the aircraft is still on point.
