A reasonable expectation of privacy is not limited to just a reasonable expectation of privacy vis-a-vis state actors. The idea that such is only of relevance vis-a-vis the Fourth Amendment falls flat on its face for various reasons when it comes to courts of law under which AA is subject to as a non-state actor when it comes to passenger/customer privacy matters.
