I'm travelling from Dublin to Chicago on July 14th 2022. I'm due to fly on KL611 which is showing as being operated by a 787-10.
I notice my seat assignment has disappeared and when I click in to select a seat on manage my booking the map is no longer available.
My concern is that the aircraft type is likely to change, my issue being the lack of direct aisle access on a non dreamliner.
Can anyone confirm or experienced this before.

If it's not a glitch in the system, it also could possibly be that the seat is broken for some reason and if that's the case, they will reassign you to the closest seat to your original choice. I had my seat reassigned 30 minutes before boarding once and it was because my original seat was "broken" but it turns out that it was just a broken remote. Because it was an eastbound transatlantic flight, it didn't really matter because I was going to sleep and not use the screen so they let me sit in the original selected seat.
