Hotel was sold out, so no upgrade as Diamond except to executive room (higher floors). Overall impressions is that customer service is wildly inconsistent. Some staff are incredible. Some staff are not. It also seems like the different rotations of staff don’t talk to each other, so I’ve had to repeat/re-explain some requests throughout our stay depending on who was helping us that day.
Also, I would recommend avoiding this hotel during peak times. The executive lounge was pretty packed everyday. There was always a long line to eat breakfast at Oscar’s. And so far, we haven’t been able to use the pool because the chairs and cabanas have been 100% occupied. Trying again today…
