I have been to Tucumcari several times. Family in ABQ. I am not a lawyer but my wife is. Jail will be like an emerging nation rural jail. It is very unlikely to get any attorney quickly there much less a PD. Google will tell you how many attorneys are there. His first mistake was to not ask one of the guests to call for help. Also if these facts are sustained, AA will pay.
