My recent stay went pretty well. Management reached out to me before my stay and granted me an early checkin of 10 am. My room was upgraded to a corner balcony which has incredible views of the Charles. The room appeared to be freshened up and the beds were very very comfy. The lobby has definitely been redone big time since i was last there 3 years ago. Breakfast is $20 per person (we had 3) at the coffee/food bar (we went over but they don't seem to mine). Globlist breakfast buffet only available on weekends in their restaurant. I would definitely return using points as is the best deal in Boston. All the others are pretty crazy.
