Not too great for NL card holders though. Best we've seen in the past years is a 5 euro discount at Hema.

How long does it typically take to ship a new card (in NL) after changing to something new? I was told 10 days, but at that point I only got the email asking to confirm ID and such. Is that confirmation typically the first or last step in the process? Don't want to miss getting my hands on the new card as I'll be travelling again soon.
