My experience is only with SDC after being upgraded to F but I would assume it would work the same with paid F...
  • You will get a "Confirmed" SDC option if there is any F seat available on the alternate flight.
  • If there is no F seat available but there is confirmable Y inventory you will NOT be offered an option to confirm into Y. If you call, an agent should be able to work it out.
  • If you have a connecting flight, there must be an F seat available on all flights in order to confirm the SDC.
