  • We are flying on business class award tickets issued by United Airlines though the flight within Canada is in coach
  • We have lifetime membership in United's Club
  • We have Priority Pass cards
Do any of these entitle us to free admittance to the Maple Leaf Lounge? If not, how much does admittance cost?
Does United Club membership allow for Star Alliance partner access?
If not, you will not get access to the MLL at YVR, unless you have a single J class ticket- and the domestic flight form YVR is part of the ticket.

There are also Plaza Premium Lounges - 2 in domestic concourse in YVR- accessible with AMEX Platinum or Centurion card (or additionally in Canada - the Canadian VISA Infinite privilege card). Some people would say that at least the food offerings are much better than in MLL - maybe halfway between United Club and AMEX Centurion lounges in USA.

The food offerings in MLL at YVR - are in 2 categories- one group is self-service of some items- not too much different than United Club. Also one can order heated items - through cell phone scanning qr code- present at most tables at MLL.
