I explained the whole process to him while I was wanding him and when I told him about the pat down, he said that I couldnt do that for no reason. I told him to sit down and he looked at me like he had won. I then told him that he probably was going to be told that he couldnt get on the airplane because he refused to complete the screening process. He then consented. He went on his merry way. I dont think that his destination was Cuba though.
