I called AMEX IAP on my flights to select seats but that didn't mark then i tried to cancel but it told me to call into AMEX IAP. My initial flight is on DL One JFK-LAX. IAP told me that it's not refundable and I can only get delta ecredit. Quite weird.
You need to read some of the replies 🙄 You need to select seats one segment at a time...
