HND-GMP cancellation

The JL HND-GMP leg of my award booking was cancelled as well. How confident are we that this route will be back by my original booked June 22nd date? I don't have any info other than what has been posted here and a couple articles mentioning June 8 and June 15 as possible dates. At this point I may need to scramble and rebook so that I arrive into NRT and buy a cash ticket into ICN from there.

Separately what is the current situation at NRT with respect to airside transfers between terminals? It looks likely that I would need to transfer from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1.

1. JL has massively cut back its tentative June schedule. Yes, 6/1-6/14 outright canceled. Then there were initially 3x flights daily from 6/15 on (still selling as of May), but they first reduced it to Thurs and Sun only (meaning earliest possible is 6/16), and presently down to just one morning flight on those two days (all mid afternoon and evening flights canceled). That's for Japan--> Korea direction; I don't remember the other.

2. A South Korean politician is set to board the ceremonial reopening flight on 6/19, so that might be the first.
