I had a hard faced cow on one flight with them - but you were unlucky. She and I had words and it would not surprise me if she was the same one. How she got the job when she clearly hated people is beyond me. SHe is probablty old school as there was more attitude with Iberia crew than a room full of Debutantes' Mothers. Someone came on here years ago and said that it was a different culture - and that may be true but this is one reason that I stick with BA. The alternative is not pleasant. I came back from MAD this week and the drinks were out after 7 munutes and served with pleasantness and humour.

Air Nostrum is a very different kettle of fish as they are in the main lovely - but that does not help your dillema.
