Yeah, sadly I just found that in the tiny print. I guess it's not surprising that Chase doesn't want to compete with itself. However, another clause says the promo is good for cash, by making the balance transfer checks payable to myself. Presumably there's nothing to stop me from depositing that promo check into a different bank, and then using a check on the different bank to pay off the CSR, right?
