Flew LHR-MAD in Business earlier, booked through BA as the times were good. Marked difference to BA, come back CE, all is forgiven etc etc.
Positives : on time
Negatives: business seat armrests don’t raise so can’t spread my stupidly long 6’5 legs
No service until 55 minutes into the flight - drink and food all brought together
CC - female purser was frankly aggressive - when I asked for the alternative pasta course after trying the unchewable meat she repeated 4 times that ‘it is delicious!’ - she constantly checked on my mask wearing - once food was removed she wanted me to use my mask between sips
Denied 3rd drink with 40 mins to go due to seatbelt sign

All in all, just entirely lacking the charm / eagerness to please I usually enjoy in BA.
