27. How will the Hilton Honors Daily F&B Credit be handled at hotels with Executive Lounges?
At hotels that have an Executive Lounge that offers complimentary breakfast, Diamond members and Gold members upgraded to Executive Lounge access will not receive the Daily F&B Credit. These hotels will provide the Daily F&B Credit to Gold members not upgraded to Executive Lounge access.
I had a stay at the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington recently. Btw, I really liked the hard- and software of the Hotel. Friendly staff, good restaurant, nice room - would rate it 10/10.
BUT...... didn't get the F&B credit for my dinner at the restaurant.
Yes, the Hotel has (currently for breakfast only) an Executive Lounge. I'd rate it as way below a Hampton breakfast, but that's not the point.
Based on the quote, I should not be entitled for the F&B credit. However, the staff mentioned the credit AND the EL at check-in and the Hotel benefits in the App clearly (at least based on my English) states, that I should get both:
