just read in wiki almost no extensions of Jun 30 2022 35K free night certificate, but...

does this include medical, specifically surgery recovery forcing delay of trip by ~1 wk?

2 free nights certificate 6/28-6/30 me+wife currently reserved Bogota Colombia
but wife might need more recovery time ~ 1 wk;
(am also calling Marriott Guest Services to ask...)
