1 hour is not even remotely enough time to make a connection, even a domestic one, through Pearson Airport YYZ. If you can find this with a 4+ hour layover, go for it, but with 1 hour you'll still probably be stuck in the tarmak unable to deplane your inbound flight, as your connecting flight departs.
