I received 50% Bonus MQMs for an AF economy flight as a part of DL-ticketed C+ itinerary. Is this eligibility documented anywhere, since it was a pleasant surprise?

Under my SkyMiles account, the line item is "Delta Air Lines 50% MQM Bonus For W," which is also strange since my ticket was issued under the S fare code.
