Is DL treating both DTW and MSP as one hub, with roughly half the banks at each at present as there once were at each pre-pandemic?

Also, looking at my go-to DCA-DTW, it appears like the banks have a wider gap than pre-pandemic. (Does this allow for fewer planes and pilots given recent staffing challenges?)
