The empty dispenser is an inevitable consequence of Marriott's ill-considered decision to eliminate single-use toiletry bottles. Many guests empty the shampoo or body wash containers before departing.

To deal with the clog, the tub could be used as as a sink. One can take a perfectly fine shower using shampoo instead of body wash or soap.

I presume most people do not rub their bodies in the inaccessible areas where the mold was found. This is common in humid climates.

These slight shortcomings do not entitle a guest to stay for free. You still got at least 95% of what you paid for.

Yes, you were Bonvyed, but not to a degree warranting more than nominal compensation.
