Yes, I agree mold and an unusable sink are minor issues if they are promptly resolved. If they are ignored for two nights then the room needs repair and should not be rented.

I've been around Flyertalk long enough to appreciate skepticism, but the body wash was completely empty. What you see dripping is congealed body wash which gives an indication for how long it remained untouched by housekeeping.
