Thanks Out of My Element. I will prepare a more detailed property thread since once doesn't exit based on my search. I've always been a little reluctant to point out flaws in a hotel since I've always found that most issues within the control of management can be corrected easily. And where things go wrong during a stay, an apology from management and a description of what went wrong is enough to satisfy me.
