Yes, resort fees are waived for Globalists at Destination Residences properties. Can confirm as it was waived for me at Residences at Sweetgrass (Wild Dunes) and The Lodge at Spruce Peak. HRC is the only exception as it's not owned by Hyatt as far as I know.
